Serious Puzzles and Spooky story in Welsh Countryside

Rhiannon: The Curse of the Four Branches will take you to northern Wales to farm called Ty Pryderi. There is something scary and haunting about this place and it is taking toll on Rhiannon, the daughter of the Sullivans. Her parents think this is just a case of teenage rebellion, but once you start playing the game, you will find out it is much more than that. Check out the video below. Everything starts fairly normal, you will get an email that explains how the main character Chris is going to take care of the farm for a few days when the Sullivan family is away. By finding the hidden object and solving the puzzles you will start to uncover the story behind the mystery. What is interesting about Rhiannon, is that the storyline starts slowly, and you are free to explore the farm at your own pace. Another very striking feature is that there are literally no other humans in the game, which adds to the scary and mysterious atmosphere. Instead, you are left with notes and emails from the Sullivans about various things about the farm, things to take care of and so on. As with many other hidden object games, Rhiannon does not have a hint system that will get you through all the difficult parts. You need to use your brains and really figure out the mysteries yourself. On top of that, the game is fairly extensive when it comes to the amount of different screens. The graphics on Rhiannon are simple but they are really well suited to create the atmosphere needed for this kind of game. Everything seems to normal at first, but there is something really eerie about the farmplace. Rhiannon: Curse of the Four Branches is like one of those thriller movies that will keep you on your toes everything moment. There is not really a soundtrack, but more of sound effects and of course the constant sound of rain, it is Welsh countryside after all. Rhiannon: Curse of the Four Branches is quite special hidden object game just because it is based on the Welsh countryside, a scene that is not often seen in this types of games. On top of that, the styling and graphics are fairly realistic, which adds to the contemporary storyline. Some of the puzzles are really tricky so be prepared to spend some time with this hidden object gem.
